If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a service, We invite You to review our policy on cancellations and refunds. 

The following terms are applicable for any services that You engage with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions Interpretation 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions For the purposes of this Service Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Recruiting Smarter, 410 Tampa S Ware BLVD, FL 33619.

Service refers to the services offered on the Website.

Engagement refers to your request for Us to provide Service to You.

Website refers to Recruiting Smarter, accessible from www.recruitingsmarter.com

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Service Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Engagement within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Engagement is 7 days from the date on which You engaged our Services.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

By email: info@recruitingsmarter.com We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Engagement, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

The Services were engaged in the last 7 days. The Services have not been fully completed or delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any Service that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Service Fulfillment and
Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Recruiting Smarter. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Service Fulfillment and Delivery Policy.

Service Fulfillment Time

All services are initiated within 2-3 business days after the Engagement is made. Service fulfillment may not be initiated on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, service fulfillment may be delayed. Please allow additional days for the delivery of your service. If there will be a significant delay in the fulfillment of your service, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Service Delivery Estimates

Service delivery times will vary based on the nature and scope of the services engaged. During the Engagement process, we will provide an estimated delivery timeline.

Service Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Service Confirmation email once your Engagement has been confirmed. Any tracking or progress reports will be provided as applicable, based on the nature and scope of the services engaged.
